My paintings are an intersection with my work in social science, theology, and the aerospace field. I research, analyze, and interpret existential influences and their effects on institutions and communities.
NEW GALLERY SERIES COMING FEBRUARY 2018!!
My latest encaustic gallery series lends a viscerally human element to futurism, bringing the space-age bedtime stories of our ancestors uncomfortably close to reality. Founding my multi-layered wax visions on towns I've lived in, I paint the ever-evolving story of humanity's pioneering spirit by turning my local geological wonderscape into a hopeful settlement not quite of this world.
